The basis of our cuisine is simplicity and quality products, so we limited ourselves to a few of the best. The primary role is played by our unique meat - selected Japanese wagyu beef and cuts from around the world. It is accompanied by water, fire, salt and iron, elements essential to human life, from which we have made the basis of the philosophy of experience and the exciting theatricality of serving food at Red Salt Steak & Wine.

It is because of the specialty of our Signature Menu that guests from all over Poland and abroad gather around Red Salt Steak & Wine to taste our signature Kamchatka crabs and tsarskaya oysters. Specialties served to guests include our flagship beef tartare (chopped at the table), beef carpaccio (rolled and served a la table) and flambéed sirloin.
