Welcome to Red Salt Steak & Wine.

Our history takes shape right here, on the splayed corner of Wolin Island, where the springs that gave rise to Międzyzdroje resort gush. In our passion, we have ambitiously combined the very best of the traditions of the place with the contemporary influences of the culinary arts we have explored for decades, while traveling to remote corners of the world.

 

Incessantly, we are drawing inspiration from the natural qualities of this place, where the sea breeze carries the delicate taste of salt in the air. In our daily passion for culinary craftsmanship, we combine the highest quality of product availing of the bounty of free grazing cattle with the art of serving food in an unforgettable way.

Salt is a symbol of healing, strength and hospitality. Its flavor enhances the character of dishes, it preserves and cleanses. Embedded in every speck of it is the life-giving energy and pledge of friendship we make to our guests every time they visit Red Salt.

 

Try out the unique deliciousness of our Maldon sea salt, which just pairs so well with the taste of beef. It is distinguished by the characteristic appearance of snowflakes. Salt produced in England in the traditional way for more than 130 years. Served at the table of, among others, Her Majesty's Queen of England, it preserves an exceptional amount of natural ingredients found in seawater, making it used by professional chefs all around the world.

Fire and steel play an all important role in our restaurant. Żelazo (Iron) is primarily the name of the village on which the town of Międzyzdroje was founded. For us, however, it's much more than merely the tradition of the place that counts; it's the ongoing attention to detail and the utmost precision in preparing and serving Red Salt Steak & Wine's signature dishes.

 

We have mastered the art of processing and cutting meat to perfection making it our hallmark. Our dishes owe their unique flavor to the exceptional precision with which we make even the smallest movement of our hand and knife so as not to crush, but gently divide each meat fiber.
